On Saturday, the FBCWBF and I decided it was time to sneak away on a little getaway to my parents' beach house right outside of Rehoboth Beach, DE. From the scenery, I realize this looks like more of a grass house than a beach house but I can assure you it was a much needed, rest-filled weekend. The views were gorgeous and we found time to cook brunch, swim and go into town for a little eating and shopping (but really, more eating).

I'm loving this new photo snapping thing (not sure if the BF feels the same way), and I was glad we had a few moments to take these shots before dinner. My feetsies, on the other hand, were not so happy with the towering platforms I strapped them in, but I still love the girls, which I picked up from Aldo earlier this summer.

I was so excited by the photo shoot that I started skipping and showing off my angel wings to all the other kittens. I seriously love this outfit because I've finally figured out how to wear this Free People blouse in a fun, playful way. I'm such a smartie!
